Returns

We love our products, and hope you do, too! If you try out one of our products and aren't crazy about it, however, we completely understand if you want to return it to us.

We accept returns within the following criteria, for a full refund:

  • The equipment is in the same condition in which it was received
  • No more than 30 days have passed since you received the item(s)
  • You've retained your receipt or invoice

Unfortunately, we do not typically refund shipping costs, and we cannot cover any return shipping you may incur. However, we are happy to work with you on arranging an in-person return if possible.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us directly at orders@holen1golfmn.com, and include your order/reference number. We will help you arrange for the return/exchange, and cover any additional shipping costs that are incurred.
